Returns and refunds

If a customer receives a product that differs from what was ordered, or if the product is lost or damaged during transit, a full refund will be issued. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence of the issue. Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders placed with the incorrect size or color, or if the customer has changed their mind. If an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to the sender, only the product price will be refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable.
